The equipment listed is the minimum requirements to WFH. Certain client programs may have increased or additional, requirements. Agents must service on the PC they used to perform the PC Scan at time of enrollment. Quiet work space/room inside your home is also needed.

Equipment Needed
Elite Concierge Professionals will supply all equipment and supplies needed to complete your service. This includes but not limited to floor cleaning items, brooms, mops to cleaning supplies.

WFH Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the minimum number of hours I will work?
A: The minimum number of hours an agent has to service a client is 15 hours weekly.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: All agents are considered 1099 contract workers and we do not deduct taxes for payroll. You will be sent a 1099 form at the end of the year if you make $600 or more.
Q: How much do i get paid?
A: Service revenue (hourly) rates vary based on client program complexity and terms of compensation are between the business and its agent.
Q: Will I come out of pocket for anything?
A: Yes, the background check is a one-time fee of $30. It will last the agent up to 36 months.
Q: How long before I can start servicing a client program?
A: Upon successful completion of the registration process, your next step will be to enroll in the client certification course of your choice. Client courses may take between three to eight weeks to complete depending on the program selected.
Q: I am already enrolled in an opportunity but would like to enroll in another one. Is this possible?
A: You can enroll in another opportunity as long as the class times do not conflict.

Q: What are your office hours?
A: Office Hours vary for Janitorial Services. We begin our day at 9:30 am Monday-Friday. We may work on weekends depending on location of booking.
Q: How do I pay for services?
A: Elite Concierge Professionals currently accepts payment in the form of cash, money order, cashier’s check, Zelle, and Cashapp.
Q: How many cleaners will be in my residence/office for my booking?
A: Based of services required there can be up to 5 cleaners at your booking.
Q: Will I need to provide any type of supplies or equipment for my cleaning job?
A: No, Elite Concierge Professionals will supply all materials and supplies needed to complete your booking.
Q: How often can you service my location?
A: Upon successful completion of the first booking, you can hire us based on your needs. This can be on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Q: Do you provide emergency services if needed after hours?
A: You can always try reaching us after hours. If we are available, there will be an emergency fee. A 50% deposit
will be paid prior to Elite Concierge Professionals coming to location.
